At Montessori Toys Kid, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your items within 14 days from the date they were delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly marked on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re uncertain about any specific products, feel free to reach out.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
